The Goods Line is a new civic spine for Sydney. Once a conduit for trade, the former rail line has been reinterpreted to carry the precious cargo of a thriving neighbourhood - culture, creativity and community. Aspect Studios were the lead Landscape Architects for this major social infrastructure project. As word began to spread of this exciting new project huge interest was being generated even 4 years out from completion. Aspect Studios asked us how they could capatilise on this interest and leverage their business off the success of The Goods Line.
Our solution was to develop a microsite that would act as hub for intereted parties, media and the public at large. This hub would outline the scope of the project, the thought leadership behind the project and also a media centre that would be a 'one stop shop' for journalists featuring The Goods Line.
The beauty of the solution we supplied was the use of the silverstripe CMS that would allow Aspect Studios to develop more microsites at a minimal cost as this site is easily duplicated. The site also had to reflect high level of design that was applied to The Goods Line which is why Aspect Studios enlisted our expertise.
